Refund policy
Not right for you? You get a full refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason, on both plans.
1. The 14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying for the One Trip plan or the Aloha Pass. You do not need to give a reason. This also covers a yearly renewal of the Aloha Pass: you have 14 days from the renewal payment.
If you bought the same thing twice by mistake, for example two Aloha Passes, we refund the extra payment, whenever you notice it.
2. How to ask
Our orders are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle makes every refund. You can ask in either of two ways:
- at paddle.net, where you can look up your order with the email address you paid with and ask for a refund;
- by writing to hello@ohana.place from that email address, or with the order number from your receipt. We pass it to Paddle for you.
3. What happens next
Paddle refunds the full amount, VAT included, to the payment method you used. When it reaches your account depends on your bank or card provider.
A refund ends what you paid for. A refunded One Trip plan locks that trip's full itinerary again; the trip itself, your places and notes stay in your account. A refunded Aloha Pass is cancelled straight away and does not renew.
4. After 14 days
After 14 days we do not refund a change of mind. You can still cancel the Aloha Pass at any time so that it does not renew (see our terms, section 6). Where the law of your country lets you end a renewed pass early, we refund the months you have not used. If something you paid for does not work as described, write to us whenever it happens: your rights as a consumer apply, and we will put it right or refund you.
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
